Booking & Cancellation Policy

testhim aim to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Because our appointments are highly specialised and in high demand, we operate a 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• More than 72 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment and receive either a full refund or a transfer of payment to a new appointment.
• Less than 72 hours’ notice or non-attendance: Your payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

• If you are unable to produce a semen sample on the day, we will happily reschedule your appointment free of charge.
• As a goodwill gesture, at our discretion, we allow one reschedule within the 72-hour window per patient, provided you notify us before your appointment time. By booking an appointment, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
