About the testing process - a simple, streamlined referral journey
We handle the details with a plan to make the process as easy and stress free as possible for all involved.
Step 1
Complete referral form
Provide your details, the patient’s information, and select the required tests. If the test you need is not listed, you can specify it in the additional fields, along with any patient-specific notes. Should you wish to discuss the referral or clarify any details, our clinical team is available to assist.
Step 2
Submit your referral
When you hit submit, your referral will be securely transmitted to our online booking system, and a confirmation will be sent to you for your records.
Step 3
We take it from there
Once we receive the referral, our team will contact the patient directly, arrange their appointments, and guide them through each step of the process to ensure a smooth experience.
Step 4
We deliver your results
With our dedicated on-site andrology laboratory in London, results are typically ready within 4–5 working days. All results are delivered securely to your specified email address for your records.

Thanks to our dedicated on-site andrology lab in London, most results are available within 4–5 working days. Additional services such as phlebotomy or genetic testing may be longer, depending on complexity and external lab processing times. Our aim is to keep the process as streamlined and efficient as possible.
